Got in from work and don't know how I've got through the day heads been away with the fairies!!!! Will be sipping the champagne tonite whilst writing my letter of notice (have to give 2 months) . Also got two interested parties coming to view the house at the weekend so hopefully my luck is changing!!!!! Thankyou once again everyone and fingers crossed it will be your turn very very soon.
