shawais
COOL. just like to know what are your living arrangements? also anyone who can shed some light on the living arrangement after landing like where to go from the airport Bro, try searching accommodation before you land there via online sites. if you have some friends there you might seek their help. or you can go there and stay some hotel for (5-10 days) and findout a place but that would not be very much economical option. rehanonline83
it took 7-8 days for me (last PCC submitted 4/Jul and visa grant 12/Jul) 0 days to 1 weeks. all the best Thx guys, My PCC is under process. It may take 1-2 weeks to be submitted. Then another week for grant. Should i resign from my current job or wait for the grant? I have to provide sufficient notice period (at least 1 month) to my employer. Then I will be back to Pakistan to spend some time with my parents (haven't been there since 2010). What do you think guys, should i submit my resignation now or wait for visa first?

It is totally ur personnel decision..but as a professional I would recommend to wait for grant email plz..as soo as it comes you should resign...atleast you would have a strong reason to resign at that time...you would still have 7 months to meet ur parents and family..Best of luck for ur grant

Also, you`ll need to maintain good relationship with your employer, you never know - might need references in the future etc. Good luck.
