Guest taylorvillas Posted March 9, 2011 Hi, My current employer offered me a transfer to Oz and are processing my 457 visa app - expected to be approved soon. Now things have changed and it is unlikely I will be transferring straightaway, but there may be a possibility of a transfer in the future. I wondered how long will the 457 be valid for if I have not been to Australia to validate this? Also if I find another sponsor in the meantime (we are devastated to say the least that this has fell through), will I need to do the whole process again?
