diane_d Posted March 5, 2011 Share Posted March 5, 2011 Hi David, No I dont think so. I am not a migration agent but I do arrange all sponsorships for the engineering company I work for. There is an expectation that the job will be available for three years and that you will stay in it for that time but there is nothing to stop you from leaving before that time.
