crispysince70
Was just wondering if anyone allready in Aus had sat their HGV licence over there ( as I understand it, it's not transferable from the UK ), and how it compares to the test over here. Thanks Chris x
Guest Colin R
Colin sat it in Tassie. you have to first sit written test. Then you have to book it with Driver Safety Training at Cambridge. They then have to take you out for an assessment. NOt sure of the cost now, but Driver Safety Training has a web site. Colin said he will call into Service Tas on Tuesday ( public holiday in South Tasmania tomorrow) and check the latest details. Will email after.
