We have a position available for a Panel Beater for a company in ACT.

 

Position: Panel Beater

Location: ACT

Hours: 38 hours per week + Over Time available

Entitlements: 4 weeks holiday per year plus public holidays, 10 days sick leave per annum. Uniform supplied.

Pay: $TBA

Visa Type: 457 visa leading to RSMS

 

Skills Required

 

· Qualified Panel Beater (and or minimum 5 years experience)

 

· High qaulity of work produced

· Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Professional clean appearance

· Manual dexterity, good judgment and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely)

· Demonstrated customer service skills

I based in Ireland, very interesed in this job, 38 years of age and over 20 years experience in panel beating and spray painting.

HI, im a 29 year old qualified panel beater/painter, NVQ level 2 & 3,

4 year apprentaship and 2 years post experience.

 

Not worked in the trade for 6 years though, (apart from as a hobby at home) I work as a electrical/mechanical fitter for an oil and gas company at the moment and am doing my NEBOSH general certificate at the moment as well. Iv worked in a supervisory role in charge of 8 fitters and 2 apprentices and have done my IOSh managing safely course.

 

Im also going to do a PDR course here in uk.
