brettjordan22 10 Posted January 31, 2011 just about to start my application for a 176 visa but im worried i might not be able to get one! i was charged with common assault about 4 years ago and last year i was given a caution for possesion of a class A substance but never had to go to court. could anyone give me any information? _shel 281 Posted January 31, 2011 You may well have trouble considering they are recent and may not be spent convictions yet. No matter you didnt go to Court for the drugs, you admitted guilt by accepting a caution & it forms part of your police record.
