We are considering using them but wanted to know if anyone has used them and if so, what was your experience? I would appreciate any feedback. Many candidates do Ok using specialist recruiters, we tend to handle the few who have less specific or less critically in demand skill sets. My husband received a positive skills assessment from ACS (2231-79 = ANZSCO 261399) so would be looking for a C++ or team lead position. We need employer sponsorship because he turned 45 in October of last year. If you do not work in this area, can you tell me the names of the specialist agencies you are referring to?
