Could anyone give me any ideas of the costs of living in the area...can't seem to find much info on a google search! What I can find is a few years out of date!!Thanks We're paying $350 per week for our rental but most people we know are paying around $400 - $475 per week. As Cath said (Hello Cath!!!! :biggrin:) , you'll get an idea of what you can get for your money on the real estate website. You can also sign up for rental and sale alerts, which is what we did just before we came over. According to the real estate website the median house price for Secret Harbour is currently $517,500, but obviously there are cheaper and more expensive houses around.
