309 Offshore granted, but where to go for final stamp

Hi

my husband has had his 309 granted but as we lodged offshore and now both living in Perth we need to flee the country for the final processing and stamping.

Has anyone else had there visa completed at the Aust Consulate in Denpasar, and did it go smoothly?

Thanks

Congratulations on your visa grant.

We were travelling when my OH's visa got granted and we wrongly assumed that we would be able to go to the office in Auckland for the stamp. Apparently a stamp can be placed into the passport at any Australian Consulate but you have to give them a minimum of 48 hours notice to transfer your case to the appropriate office.

This was our experience anyway, so you may wish to contact your CO for clarification and to request that you have the passport stamped in Bali.
