Man of few words me, BUT.:biglaugh:

 

Unless I missed a trick, what the bloody hell happened to 'The Great Escape' this Christmas.

 

Christmas is NOT Christmas without Steve, (cool, :notworthy::notworthy:) McQueen zooming around the German countryside on his motorbike.

 

All the other classics seemed to be on, but NO 'Great Escape',:cry::cry::cry:, sorely disappointed I am.:shocked::goofy::wink:

its one of my favourite alfred hitchcock movies of all time tony---is that the one where the guy kills a woman,and a man sees it from a passing train--if im not mistaken steve mqeen is the police motorcyclist who solves the murder,and has a gay affair with the man on the train played by burt lancaster--a true classic indeed:notworthy:

ive never known tony to whinge about anything BC--hes the most laid back member on pio--i must say im quite:shocked:by your attack on this well thought of member of pio:no::wink:granted he does go on a bit,and his post are a bit long---but in the spirit of pio i would never mention this:wideeyed:

NO NO NO , Its the one where the lion is about to eat the main guy but he only bites off his arm and one of his ears ............everybody wanted to be Sparticus .....but it was me ..i am Sparticus........i have got away with shed loads of stuff over the yrs .......:biglaugh:....i use to be called the rose 15 yrs ago.........So ..........who is still on line ........have the wolves settled down for the night or are they about to come out in their packs ..........? :embarrassed:...or will hey venture out .....alone .......

dances with wolves tony--now theres a classic--when brad pitt shot that dear with a crossbow to save all those children escapeing germany,and singing with mary poppins--they just dont do films like that anymore---tut tut have we got another wolf pack on pio--how amusing indeed:biglaugh:i must say if we have i find that quite stimulating:shocked:

What the hell is it with you lot. I'm trying my best to put up a serious thread about Christmas and how let down I was, :cry: and along come the fecking comedians of PIO and turn a sincere thread into one of humour and in all honesty only add to my dismay.

 

Christmas is meant to be a time of giving and love, and what do I find, but no, oh no. humour and glibness.

 

Now I'm off to watch Jaws, you know the one with a giant inflatable wombat that attacks a small village in outer Mongolia, after having decimated the local population of Lemmings on the slat flats of Arizona.

 

Robert Deniro is brilliant in it, and Al Pacino's performance as the last remaining Lemming deserves an Oscar. It is indeed a classic.

 

Now next bloody time, have a bit of respect for the OP and stay on topic.:mad::mad::biglaugh:
