How much time do you need on passport when validating?

I am stressing (again)....:confused:

 

I have just realised that both my Sons passports run out at the end of the month we need to be validating! :shocked:

 

Do I need to be getting them new passports? :unsure:

Yes I think I remember you need at least 6 months on the passport - we had to get new one before they would issue the visa to us. Might be a bit different as you already have the visa in there.

I suppose I should contact them & check, anyone know which email I should use please :unsure:
