Any Polish around Perth, Mandurah?

I know this is a forum for Poms but is there any Polish on here or any Brits who have any Polish friends in WA?

Hi There,

I am afraid I cant help on the polish front but saw on another post that you mentioned one of you was South African and that you are planning on moving to Mandurah! (Hope I have the right person!) Just wanted to say hi! My visa was issued last week and we are on our way to Mandurah too! We are both South African but have been in the Uk for 11 years ! We have 2 little ones aged 4 and 2. We are going via SA but will be in Mandurah mid Jan! We cannot wai to start our big adventure! It has all happened pretty fast for us but we are very excited! Hope your plans go well and I will certainly let you know if we see or hear of anyone Polish when we are out there.

Hi, we are poms but the first friends we made in Perth are Polish and I also work with a Polish South African. Both live NOR Perth, our friends are in Dianella.

 

I'm sure you'll have no problem making friends of all nationalities, Australia is very multi-cultural. Finding herring may be more difficult - the stuff they sell here as Herring isn't or so our friends tell us

lots of poles in bellevue , and bayswater , i think there is a polish club in bayswater [ at least there used to be , i know there is a polish butcher as a lot of my clients used to travel there for the sausage and cold meats

What a coincidence! We are also moving to Perth after 11 years in the UK! We are originally from Johannesburg, but was transferred to the UK by my previous employer 11 years ago - transfer was supposed to be for 6 months only! Anyhow, give me a shout if you would like to have a chat.
