Hi there, my wife and i have friends that live in aubin grove and we visited them regually. Aubin Grove is very nice, it is though still not fully developed still lots of work going on. Not that far to cockburn shopping centre or buraggon(not sure thats how you spell it). Hasn't really got a reputation as anything as so new. I would definatly rent there before thinkin of buying there but thats just me. If you have your heart set on it it is really nice area and i'v never heard anything bad said about it. hope that helps:biggrin:

As stated, Aubin Grove is a fairly new estate / area. You are on the inland side of the Kwinana freeway but only just. They are still building and the area is stretching further south and doesn't look like it will end up too far from the new honeywood estate being built.

On the opposite side of the freeway is Hammond park, another relatively new area and they are building a new development of stores for local shopping.

For a decent view of the area, use "nearmap" (search on google) this is up to date within about a month.

Most areas here are fairly new, Atwell (north of Aubin Grove) probably being the oldest. Cockburn gateway is quite good shopping and also has a train station which is about 15-20 mins to the city. You are quite central here, about 20 mins drive to city, Freo, beach and about 30 mins to the airport.

Hope that helps.
