Without pi77ing everyone off mate, I know how fecking horrible it can be. I now have my family back, but the times when I was alone at Christams was hell on earth.

 

As I said, no worries, etc, happy, happy again now.:wink:

Well said Tony. Christmas can be awful to many people and far from the 'fairytale' some people make it out to be.

 

So to anyone who is not having such a great time, there is always hope that things will get better.

i would love to have my family here with me , i know we made the break but for the best ......my eldest(11) still has a hang up about it and she was 7 at the time .....i hope she appreciates what we have sacrificed for them ....we have nobody here ......not a soul........some great friends but they do there own thing ......we have some fantastic neighbours but they have there own problems ......it really is hard this time of the yr .....i would love to able to hug and kiss my mum and Dad but we make do with phone calls ,....................:cry:sometimes i wonder , have i took my children away from their Grandparents ......have i deprived them ...... we keep say no , we have gone to a new life that they are so happy with , they are full of happiness every day , they love to be outside , they love the beach , the schools are great ,parks everywhere .......i keep telling myself im doing the right thing .......:confused:

Thanks heaps Tony, Had a good day was a bit wierd waking up on my own on Chrissy day, took my dog for a walk in the pouring rain on the beach, had a massive cry as I was thinking of Mum and Dad and me brother. Girls came around at lunch time and we had a big feast and lots of fun they are still here so all good, Thanks again mate for your kind message and thinking of me, Happy days.
