Wonder if someone can throw light on issue I have

I am about to file an application with DIAC for 176.

However, my OH has heart condition called "Cardiomyopathy" and have ICD ( cardio defibrilator) implanted.

What experiences does anyone have of this

Hi

I am so sorry, I don't really have an answer to this but if I were you, I would approach an agent like George Lombard who will assess your case before you can move forward. He is good with these cases and also very reasonable. If you like to write to him, his email is george@AUSTIMMIGRATION.COM.AU. I wouldn't suggest you take a risk with your application.

I agree with you and this will be line of action

I have searched through George's previous posts on this forum related to Medical issues and he suggested a solicitor in Sydney who is specialised in immigration cases with medical clearence problem

I have 30 days to get myanswers before apply DIAC
