Parley Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 Seems the whole of UK will have a white Christmas. How often does this happen? Is it fairly rare for White Christmas in UK ?
Guest The Ropey HOFF Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 It hasn't snowed here for two weeks in sunnyless Yorkshire, but because It has been -10 every night for over a month and below freezing in the day, the snow is still everywhere, only its turned into ice and i get the connection between christmas and snow and if it makes people happy then thats ok, but be gone snow after christmas. BAHHHHHHHHHH HUMBUG.
Guest chris955 Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 I don't know about country wide but where we lived in the South West it snowed maybe 4 or 5 times in the 8 or 9 years we lived there, perhaps once at Christmas.
BritChickx Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 I really hope it doesn't snow!!! I will not be asking for it again!
TheOptimist Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 There was a white Christmas last year as well as this year. Prior to that, I can only recall a handful of times in my 32 years where its been snowy on Christmas day.
