ALBANY RENTALS 3 OR 6 MONTH = furnished or unfurnished ????

i have been struggling to find anywhere that rents furnished homes around the albany area, we did find one for $300 a week for 3 month fully furnished, 3 beds,2 bathrooms and 2 carports spaces but the owner had removed the listing and is now charging per week at silly rates

 

we are trying to find furnished because we can simply move right in and then buy as and when without the stress of getting 3 beds the second we land

 

any advise would be very helpful if anyone else has had this dilema

You could have a look on Stayz and ask the property owners if they would do a discount for long term stays. I know in Melbourne 98% of properties are unfurnished and are on 12 month leases, if you want furnished and only for 3 months you have to look at the temporary or shared accommodation these can be expensive, temp accommodation can range from $450 per week to $3000 per week, the average is around $1200 per week

HI Craig, are you still looking for short term accommodation near Albany? We have a large house in Narangba, about 20 mins from Albany, and a separate guest accommodation area in it. We can do short term lets.
