I confirmed my sponsorship and VIC sent form 1100 to the DIAC the very next day and I received a confirmation-eMail. The CO was then assigned within a week. Keep in mind that the Aussies had some days off till yesterday and might have a bit of a backlog. I'd write another mail tomorrow reuqesting the status. I mean me getting my ACS assessment :laugh: The certification is a MCP I did 2 weeks ago and just thought of sending it across to Vic (I know it wouldn't probably make hell of a difference with the Industry Panel, but just did it anyway). Yep, my status too says "In Process" like forever with some name along with it. Shhhhhhhhhhhh! I've a secret to share!! Let's keep it hush hush!! :wink: The names we see on the status page as "Managed By" aren't surprise surprise the real assessors who decide if the app is in or not. That is done by external assessors who aren't employed by ACS. Awesome, right?? :cute: Ssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! PIO has ears toooooo!!!! :wink: armandra! We have notified The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) Skilled Processing Centre of our state nomination by sending the Form 1100. The sponsorship has now been validated and remains open until you receive an outcome on the visa application. Ensure that you let us know the outcome of the visa application, as per the Victorian Government sponsorship declaration provided at the time of application. We look forward to hearing from you. Regards I would wait for 10 days atleat before contacting the DIAC as they are sayin that within a week of your form 1100 they have to allocate a CO .. I will contact them mid next week as my Form 1100 was sent on 21st April... I would say you contact around 7-8 may for your CO allocation and also ask for Form 1100 receival... if all is good within a day am expecting a pre grant letter.
