Hi Lisa,

Your spouse is the 2nd applicant, so yes it would be 2.

You prob don't need to fill in form 80 - see this response from my agent when I enquired:

If you are born in an English speaking country your birth certificates are sufficient proof.

A form 80 is required if you have lived in another country other than UK for 12 months or more during the last 10 years.

Hope that helps (gosh, gone purple now!)

Hi Lisa

We had a query with this form so emailed the Adelaide Business Unit to clarify as we haven't used an agent. They told us anyone 16 and over should complete the form 80 but never mentioned anything about living in different country from where you were born. We completed 3 (one for hubby who's main applicant, one for myself and one for our son who's just gone 16) and sent them off with our 47ES.

If they don't need it, it doesn't matter that we sent it anyway, but it'll be a delay if it is required and you haven't sent it.

Hope this helps

Hi there,

We were told the same as the other guys that anyone 16 or over MUST complete a form 80, but I am sure gollywobbler has put a post on here about the reasons for not having to fill one out, I personally would rather be safe than sorry, the waiting for an acknowledgement/ client reference number/ a case officer and your visa is long enough without the delay of your application being incomplete.....

.....as they say A STITCH IN TIME SAVES NINE.

best wishes

Hi Lisa & Samuel,

Q8 F80 = Yes, put your British citizenships down, if you were born there = date of birth, if your citizenship is by grant ie you migrated there and were granted citizenship that's the relevant date.

136 app = 2 people.

Good luck, don't forget it must reach Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre by 31 August otherwise new laws kick in and will be an invalid application.

Goodnight from Sydney!
