Hi, with regards to bank statements, do they look or require for the fixed amount of money?

The time i lodged my ss in SA, i only declared the required proof of fund but they didnt ask for any bank statement from me, will it mean if i have a CO, they will ask the exact amount that i declared in SA requirement? Or just any amount thats currently in my bank account thats enough?

The Bank Statements are Salary deposits. We are to circle the salary deposited and attach the payslips to prove that you were employed in the Company.

Should I be worried that we still haven't heard from our CO? We only know we have one because my hubby called DIAC and we were told we had one. It doesn't appear that our agent knows we have a CO either. Our e-visa page turned the majority of things to Met but still showed a few as required so I asked my agent to send them onto DIAC. He tells me this was done and they have proof it was all sent last year when my visa was applied for. I am slightly freaking out.

The fact that things are turning to MET sounds positive.

We have sent off for our PCC's and are having meds in December. Our e-visa said application being processed further 22/11/10 and stated items that were required but these items have been sent in twice and they don't seem to have them.

Being processed further usually means little (and is very common) - someone has opened your file - it happens if you send anything after applying. Mine went to processing further last year - but only got the CO this month.

Until a CO starts looking everying still says required even though you have sent it. It is only after someone has opened your file (when you have a CO) and has checked that it is sufficient for DIACs needs that it will change to MET. Many of us still show required even though we have a CO and have just been asked for Meds and PCCs - as someone elese said each CO works differently.

Hang on in there - must be frustrating but it sounds like things are happening for you

finally got a CO officer, ...

...but medicals and PCC has not been requested for, so still worried . is it something bad or it is their normal procedure,

Hurray - really pleased to see you turn Pink

(I don't know for sure) They maybe they hold off asking for your Meds and PCCs until everything else is met in case it take you some time to gather them. This makes some sense because if it takes you 6 months to get things (and DIAC don't know if it is going to be easy or difficult for you to get these things) then you have not wasted 6 months of your Meds and PCCs .

Great that things are moving for you - good luck in getting everything together.

Finallly have a CO!

I applied for 176 Oct 2009. Need to do Meds and Police Checks now, and the Form 80.

Form 80 looks tough, but having been through the previous stages I'm sure it'll be OK!

I hope everyone else waiting will soon have a CO.

Hi,

Yesterday I got the CO. Along with Form 80 she also request for Evidence of Employment which I have already submitted with my application,

Here is the actual request from CO

Evidence of Employment Conditions

Please provide evidence of employment in a skilled profession for a total of at least 12 months over the last 24 months (prior to your lodgement date of xx July 2010). The evidence you provide must cover the entire period. Include as much of the following evidence as possible:

a) Pay slips covering the period of claimed work experience,

b) Bank statements showing payment of salaries into personal bank accounts

c) Taxation Documents

I need advice, do I have re-submit the more detail exp. letter or only pay slips and bank statement will be enough.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi GKhan,

you have the same scenario like me, even i was allocated a case officer on the 25/11/2010. and he has asked same documents like your's ,

Please provide further evidence of employment in a skilled profession for a total of at least 12 months over the last 24 months (prior to your lodgement date of xx July 2010). The evidence you provide must cover the entire period.

a) Pay slips covering the period of claimed work experience, for your employment with my Employer (XXXXXXXXXX)

b) Bank statements showing payment of salaries into personal bank accounts

c) Taxation Documents

they have also asked me for form 80 and form 1221 for me and my wife as well and a passport size photograph again foe myself cause the photo i submitted is not satisfactory .

i have submitted everything before as well with my application lodgement.

but now i am rying to collect all the document and resend it again through my agent, let see what is their reply after this. there shouldn't be any problem with regards to employment or specific work experience. but let see.

hi all, I'm trying to download the form 160EH and 26EH for my husband, but when I clicked on the link, it just lead me to a blank page. I waited and nothing happen.

Does anyone face problem in downloading these forms?

Hi - we had exactly same issue. I emailed CO and they sent over the 160 and 26 (without the EH) as email attachments-the same ones you can just get from the DIAC website. I had been worried about using those as the DIAC website says that they could delay your application; but if the CO sent them, what can you do? I asked about it at our meds on Friday, and they said that they haven't had anyone come through via the e-health route for some time, which they were quite cross about because they had invested a lot of money in specialist equipment, which meant they could send digital x-ray images etc, and at the moment it's all redundant.

So I wouldn't worry!
