Today, I received the reply saying that: "I have forwarded your message to your Case Officer for action". There is also the name of CO in the subject line before my TRN. Hi Canadiantooz, If you got the Case Owner's name added in DIACs reply email, then yes you have been allocated to a CO/GSM Team.
