I use the same number exactly as armandra has mentioned. With reference to your complain, I believe there is something wrong with the operator in AUE. Did you try skype? P.S. I know another guy who sent an email to the same CO last Tuesday, he's also still waiting for the reply from CO. Does this mean my CO maybe on vacation? Hi Redprimrose, i am in similar situation, I got co 4months back and sent all docs, medicals etc 3.5months back. My agent sent 2emails, requesting for status, both emails got general response that said email has been forwarded to concerned CO and he will reply in 7days time..but CO never bothered to reply, it is 15days now. no response at all. I got promt replies from CO in the middle of May. Now just worry that my CO might be on long vacation. I've contacted other applicants allocated to the same CO. Both of them received grant letter at the end of MAY. However, the letter were signed by another CO(on behalf of my CO). What does that mean? DIAC acknowledged the emails and forwarded to CO but co is not responding. The way DIAC is going I dont expect any good news soon. My worry is:- 1. when medicals and PCC going to expire? 2. if it expires do we need to do medicals + pcc all over again, it is not our fault at all. We did as per co's request. 3.
