Guest mackdmello Posted November 22, 2010 Share Posted November 22, 2010 Hi Matjones, that's great news, good luck , you mght be heaven at the moment and must have gone silent for a moment, congrats once again, about me it is a sad news, no CO officer allocation as yet, and my agent send a plea as well to them last sunday, but still no reply from them, getting worried now, cause everyone before me in this forum and after me in this forum have got a case officer,and a bit scared cause if any other state SMP released then our file will be at the bottom and it will take more time to get a CO officer. Give them a call yourself and as them if you have been allocated a CO being on VIC's SMP. Don't wait for your agent to do this. I know it can be very frustrating. Their No. is +61 1300 364 613.
