STATUTORY DECLARATION I, (name) of (address) , do solemnly and sincerely declare as follows; hIYA we too have had to do stat dec, you write about your circumstances, detailing everything you did on your course, when and where you attended, everything about your course what you did etc, and then take it to a solicitor to be offically stamped witnessed and signed, thats what we are doing due to city and guilds losing our certificates they cant find it as it was done in 1980s before computer.... hope this helps:err: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
