I can apply under 175 subclass OR 176 Subclass (Relative Sponsership). Whats the timelines for both types? is it same? which one will happen earlier?? Lenore Posted October 24, 2010 Share Posted October 24, 2010 If you can apply for 175 it means your skill is on Schedule 3 of SOL. Therefore you can apply for SKILLED Family Sponsored visa 176. At the moment it looks like they both have priority 3 (provoding you're on Schedule 3, of course). There are different limits to 175 and 176 Skilled Family Sponsored.
