Guide - Agent for 175 application- Do not require for state sponsorship

Hi all,

 

I have applied for 175 application, I am now applying for South Australia state sponsorship

 

I have used agent to do my application for subclass 175 and I do not want him for my state sponsorship application

 

Do i need to mention his details in my online application for south australia

 

It asks there.. "agent used yes/no"

 

 

Kindly guide me

 

 

Please also tell me if i could switch from subclass 175 to subclass 176 as i get state sponsorship ??

You are unable to transfer to the 176 from 175 to gain higher processing, under the new rules implemented on july 14th 2010.

 

If you got a state sponser you would need to widthdraw your application, and apply again.

 

Before the 14th July you were able to do so, but not anymore.

 

If your agent has not lodge your application yet, tell him to wait, and then apply once you have sa sponser.

 

If you do a home made sa sponsership, then there is no need
