Guest CatP Posted September 27, 2010 Hi Lee My OH is an electrician so suppose a little different to your job. He had to travel to Adelaide to undertake his Aus Regs in order to work in Victoria. He obtained a South Australian Licence through PEER and has now had to change it over to a Vic Licence at an extra cost! He has now managed to secure a job. However, when we first arrived here and he only held an "L" licence he was unable to even get a reply to job applications - even as an apprentice - let alone an interview/job but as soon as he got his licence he was inundated with job offers. Good luck Cath
