Hi Chris and welcome to the forum!

I just wonder, what occupation code did you applly udner? Cause I reckon Software Tester is not on the new SOL, so you must have applied under a different code or get VIC state sponsorship. Any clarification would be appreciated.

Hi,

Quick check on my application, I actually applied as "Software Engineer".

Though "Software Tester" does appear on the SOL list 2B & 2C!?

Software Tester is in former Cat 4 (new Cat 5), meaning you must have state sponsorship to have your application looked at in less than lifetime...

It works out the DIAC average from past performance. The only downside is that DIAC had an immense peek in May which totally throws the numbers out. I have run (haven't published this one) it based on what they have done in the past 3 updates from June and someone who applied in April this year can expect to get a CO in December this year. Based on your situation if you resubmitted results in June this year, you can expect to have a CO by Jan/Feb next year if they go from your resubmitted dates, though I don't think they do so your should probably raise a PLE to check, unless someone else on here can comment.

On the Weeks Processing - This simple means that on average they are processing this amount of applications every month, EG: moving forward...

Dear PIOs members,

I have been saving my final (800th) post for this very special moment. That’s why I have not posted on here for quite a while.

I would like to say special thanks to Mizo, Proview, Zoranl (the most positive poster here),

rebejes3, Manj , User Name, shirazem, RegDwight, Mirob , SkyRocket and many many others.

RegDwight and Mirob could you guys let other 2231-79 Computing Professional (ICT Recent Graduate) mob know that finally I got my PR today. :notworthy:

As I promised you earlier, I am now in a position to post my full timeline.

Name: MOTO

Date of Visa Application: 18 August 2010

Nationality: Citizen of EU - Greek

Trade/Profession: Accountant (General)

Visa Type: 175

One more thing, I never submitted nor I was asked for form 80.

Actually we never re accessed for ANZSCO code, although we tried for new ACS code(Oracle specialist),

which we got ,but DIAC didnot took, they took wht we had got when we applied for visa.

Anyways answer to your question, there is no specific time when DIAC can assign CO,you can send mail to them and tell abt ur situation, thts the only thing u can do,i wish u all the best
