k8bug79
Hi, I am applying for a spouses visa, I am married to an Oz citizen by descent. I was however previously married. It asks for a decree absolute. But I can't find mine. Can you tell me if I need to send one in as I am married again so surely I would have had to prove that I was divorced before the marriage performed (which I did with said absolute) and is this in there purley for de fact relationships. I have a ahorrible feeling I filed it away somewhere (hopefully not the bin) thinking I wouldn't need it againa s I am married. If I do need it how do I go about getting a copy?
