They are renting a house on the peninsula, it is a new 2 storey, 4 bedrooms, a beautiful in ground pool. It is in Margate. They are interested if someone was prepare to take over the lease. Also they are keen for someone to buy all their household goods, which are only 14 months old. So basically it is move in and not having to worry to about furniture etc. Receipts provided for goods.
