Guest lee19 Posted June 9, 2010 Share Posted June 9, 2010 Hi everyone, Would someone be able to let me know at what age do you no longer need to obtain a stat dec to allow children from another relationship to be removed from the country! RoseBrown1972 Posted June 11, 2010 Share Posted June 11, 2010 Hi Lee Its 18 as far as I'm aware, we had to do a stat dec because we couldn't get non migrating kids to do the medicals. The request was before my hubbys son was 18, we did a stat dec before he was to cover both kids but they requested extra info after his birthday and left him off.
