It's a 3br,1.5bath high set timber and brick home with pool and two entertaining decks and large rumpus room which we have designed to be a 'grandparent's retreat' downstairs with walk in wardrobe (great for family visiting from uk!). It's in a great area (Ferny Hills) 15 mins drive from the city but only 7 min drive from Samford Village and just on the edge of lots of national parks and picturesque Mt Glorious. Very safe and quiet suburb with lots of schools, parks, shops, transport etc at close hand. This area of town has also been tipped as the next property hotspot in Brisbane in the next few years due to the proximity from the city and transport link upgrades so it's definitely a great investment.
