485 on shore bridging: while travel overseas: bridging b:app process will stop ?

Hi

i am in Melbourne bridging visa 485, i plane to go overseas six months so i have to apply bridging b visa .

my question is when i go out off country my application will process or not ?

when i come back is i have to do overseas police clearance again?( HR country )

pl give some advice !!!

otherwise i will plane less then 3 months

Hi Dhani,

 

1) You are unlikely to receive a bridging visa B for such a long period;

 

2) Your application will continue to be processed but can not be finalised while you are out of Australia;

 

3) Police clearances must be valid at time of decision. This means they must be less than 12 month old when the visa is finalised;
