Thanks Emma :cute: Hi Emma, in the Uk a straightforward one can be 10 days to 6 weeks (off shore) and on shore a tad long 3-4 months sometimes. I have recently been assisting a friend in WA it took 4 weeks which I thought was great Love Susie x
Guest shrop
Hi Are you able to tell me if a defacto visa is approved off shore, do they get a visa that they can work on as soon as they get here. Thanks Rona

Thanks Rona If your submission has been approved for a Visa, then you will obtain full work rights on a Spouse/Defacto visa yes.
