I think thats terrible for a cat 1(i think) If thats the case some employers may not want to wait that long. Can you get a Bridging visa whilst waiting? Guest KerryCraig Posted February 16, 2010 Share Posted February 16, 2010 Hi Jodie, We lodged both the nominee and visa on 16th December, we were told to expect 4-6 months!! our sponsor had a phone call asking lots of questions etc and was going to sign them off, so half way there now! he said when was asked by sponsor when to expect visa and he thought April/May time, have our meds booked for 13th March and have loaded police checks already.
