We are looking for people to meet up and socialise with either in Scarborough Beach or Perth City for drinks at the weekend, afternoon chats, etc. Anyone interested!:yes: We need to do something while we are looking for work! Guest hazeotoole Posted February 8, 2010 Share Posted February 8, 2010 Congrats on getting here hope your settling in ok and not killing each other lol we hubby and me 3 kids are living in Carramar its a bit up from you though hubby is a chef what kind of jobs are you looking for. you can pm if you want any help or info we are here a few months now and loving it we dont get out for drinks much with the 3 little ones but we go to a few bbq's and have a few that keeps us sane anyway get in touch and we could maybe have a coffee one of the days its always good to meet people especially in the early days! Guest AngelaandTony Posted September 18, 2010 Share Posted September 18, 2010 Thanks to eveyone who replied to me, I had actually moved over to Central Queensland in February this year as my husband was offered a job over here but it's not working out and we are moving back to Perth in a few weeks so I'll get around to messaging everyone again when I arrive back to see if anyone wants to meet up with me to celebrate being back in Perth. Hopefully moving to somewhere around Kinross area to be near newly found friends from England and looking forward to meeting you all. I know it's going to feel very different and will be missing friends and family but i want to make the most of it and am really looking forward to making some more friends when we move. I know Perth quite well and love Hillarys so will be happy to catch up over a wine or 2! Have a great Christmas and relax in the sun and not freeze in the snow!!
