It's a bit like an extension of getting a job, and so first you've got to have the Qualifications and experience to market and hope like hell someone [on the GC] is looking for someone and hasn't had any luck. Then if you strike up a match, you ease them into understanding that doing a sponsorship is a good idea - but it's not necessarily a smooth easy road and it'll not be any easier when times are tighter economically.
