An old friend just sent me a youtube clip of Thin Lizzy (70's band) live outside Sydney Opera House in 1978 and there I am in the first few seconds of the vid and looking like I'm enjoying myself. I had totally forgotten about that day but the clip brought it all back. Had no idea I was in it - how embarrassing!!! It was a very good concert. OH and I were in Sydney for a holiday before coming here for good in 1981. Was that you with the hat on. Do they still play concerts outside the opera house? I haven't heard of any since we have been here. If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present. Because of Alzheimer Disease she has absolutely no idea who she is, where she is or how old she is... but all the family will be there with bells on to sing Happy Birthday and love her to pieces. So sad to see her like this, but she is very loved by us all, so the family gathering will be wonderful event, and if only she knew we were all together just for her, would be the icing on the cake... or cakes actually as we are doing cupcakes..... !! Hope you had / will have a lovely day with her. My mum used to be a different age most weeks, then she settled on 82. She once said to me that she "was getting on a bit at 82 but some days she felt more like 92." she was 95. It still makes me smile when I think of it because she was quite happy with 82. It's being loved that makes the difference. 3 103 visa application lodged February 2013. 143 visa application submitted January 2016. Police checks and form 80 submitted February 29th 2016. I didn't think of that but possible. My neck hasn't been too bad today, making an effort to not twist it too much. Still got the remains of a headache but been dosed up on paracetemol all day. Hoping after a good nights sleep I'll be back to normal. Thank you though

Sunset 5,117 Posted April 27, 2017 Off to collect the digger and large chain saw, $160 for a new tow ball and clip scandalous. Going to be creating circular driveway with built up borders also clear some soil in readiness for the ATU installation later on in build. Looks a nice day for it too.
