Guest wanderer
gsaps, How long for a 121 as the 175 is no longer a realistic visa for me, i've gone down the 121 route (ENS), has anyone done this and can they tell me how long they take to be granted, i've had a couple of companies that are interested but i'm not sure how much they know about the visa and the process thanks grant http://www.pomsinoz.com/forum/migration-issues/61250-121-visa-timings.html shows last poster getting an onshore ENS in two months. Typically with any change, as focusing on employer sponsorships is there will be teething issues and one will be employers who have had little to do with immigration let alone the sponsorship deal coming to grips with it. Maybe you can help them out by identifying whether it will be an ENS or RSMS and selecting whichever link from Skilled Workers Permanent Visa Options- Employer Sponsored Workers - Workers - Visas & Immigration and emailing it to them. If they are a smaller company, then they may not have a HR person to look at it too closely and might need to consider hiring an agency to do the leg work for them and that just starts to add to their costs which smaller companies may be loathe to do unfortunately. But best of luck.
