Guest barney1450
Hi all Well at precisely 3.40am this morning - I got the email from my case officer. I GOT IT I want to say a big thank you to Gill and George for all there help and support over the last year or so. Gill your help especially was soo good and will never be forgotten. Thanks to all the PIO users who gave me reassurance and support. I can't believe it - after all this time and heartache. Don't know how I gonna tell my wonderful bosses. Guest needingtogo
Fantastic news, many congratulations, enjoy the feeling. I noted on your last post that your case officer mailed you to say your meds were finalised, could you tell me how long they took to clear? We are at this stage and all we are waiting on. Thanks. Guest barney1450
Hi It was the good old 496 designated skilled sponsored subclass visa. I applied in April 2007 and have had major issues, but not with immigration, just agents. Tonia x

I'm also in the same boat as you guys, playing the waiting game, I hate it!! You really should contact your co as they have a ruling to respond to you within 28 days of recieving the file from the MRT, which they obviously have as your co has requested meds, etc. Let me know how you get on, but if i was you I would be on the phone to them now. what visa was refused and on what basis if you dont mind me asking?
