Guest
Hi - yes we took advice on this - presumably its just the current employer you dont want to know that you are thinking of emigrating just yet so suggest get what you need in place from previous employers. In addition and in reference to your current employment we were advised to obtain references from trusted ex-colleagues, clients etc. Then you MUST go to a solicitor with a 'Statutory Declaration' (I can email you ours if you want to use a template) this must be signed by you in front of a solicitor who will stamp it. It worked for us! The cost for this was about £10. Good luck.
