miguelrg
Hello, my names miguel, barber/men's hairdresser for 6 years, all the evidence of working in salons for that time payslips references etc, only have barbering qualifications though. Just wondering what you think would happen if i got carbon copy hairdressing certficates made to go along with my tra approval, Do you think it's worth the risk? otherwise its 3 years in college un paid full time for me in order to move... These certificates are exactly the same as my barbering one just different course written on it opinions please
Guest sassygal
isnt that fraud? I woldnt go down that road personally, if caught your visa is refused! can you not get copies or proof from the qualifying body whom issued you with the hairdressing qualifcation. Or a Statutory declaration? What is your level of qualfication, I am a hairdresser too Anyone can get replica qualifcation certificates online, along with fake wage slips, p45 and p60, not the way to go tho as if caught you will never get into oz
miguelrg
i only have a barbering certificate level 2, see i could go down tra pathway b i think it is but i'd still need 900 hours formal training which has to be in a college, and my barbering course is only about 400 hours. I get so dowm about it because i worked as a hairdresser over their already and i want to go back but it seems impossible

I get so dowm about it because i worked as a hairdresser over their already and i want to go back but it seems impossible its simply FRAUD, you want a certificate made with a qualification you have not obtained, which is in hairdressing. you are not a qualiied hairdresser and have not studied for the qualification, the TRA is to stop fraudulent applictions, genuine hairdressers and other trades have a dogs life to prove their trade due to all the fraudulent people. you will get a very poor reaction as your seeking advice to commit Immigration Fraud, and with the recent news on the 23rd on procsseing priorities a lot of genuine visa applicants just may jump on you as they are qualified, tra passed, Pcc and medicals done. simply stunned!:policeman:

Like say your not qualified in hairdressing and there is more than cutting hair to hairdressing, such as colouring, perming and so on. Here in the UK anyone can go and claim to be hairdresser and set up shop so to speak -- there is no legislation to stop you. many people have retrained in order to qualify to for a visa the legal way

Guest sassygal
i was just curious how viable it was p.s i'm quite competent in colouring, perms, blow drys, hair ups thank you very much hey listen before you get on your high horse, I have not knocked your competency at any point here. on the other hand I do not know any salon that would employ a non qualified and pass them off a qualified and let them run free on clientel, you not covered by insurance and this is the reason salons have modern apprentices and trainees etc. we could all have a quick entry into oz if we chose to do your proposed route, the quicks way is to pick a job on the CSL get SS get all the documents forged. if you did chose to retrain your experience would need to be post qualification also, but if NVQ's can be completed as fast as you are able - all depends on how good you are to get the practical assessments passed and signed off. good luck with it

calNgary
Miguelrg Sassy is right , Making up documents could land you in a whole heap of trouble and i would strongly suggest you apply in the appropriate way to fit your skills. If that means attending college well so be it, unfortunately the visa process isn't easy for many of us but heh ho thats life. PIO does not recommend you ''make up'' information for your application ,no matter how close to the truth it may be. Cal x
