Guest godmalon Posted September 1, 2009 Share Posted September 1, 2009 Hi, Can anyone help me with this, I am on a 417 working holiday visa and am now getting sponsored by my employer on n 856. The problem I have is that I can only work for them for 6 months on my 417 and Ive been there just over 3 months now, my visa application went in yesterday, hopefully it will be granted before y 6 months are up but if not, am I able to extend the time I can work for them as they are going tho sponsor me or will I have to leave and return once the visa is granted?
