Well done to you! My hat's off to you, but it's different for everybody - not always so easy when one has a greater dependancy than another. If giving up is not an option, then it's a genuine worry! It's like telling a smoker to give up the fags for 6wks before the lung x-ray. Again, some will have great willpower and might be focused and motivated enough to do it, but others would rather sh*t and go blind (pardon the expression), if you get my meaning!!
