DOL: 8/06/19 - front loaded with everything included: medical, police checks, all evidence etc Approved: 5/2/20 We heard nothing between those two dates. We applied from London, but my partner has been in Australia on a working holiday visa since September. The visa application can still be processed while you are in the country, just as an FYI. This was something that we weren't sure about! Best of luck to everyone! Hi Mate Hi mate, congrats to you...... What visa did you apply for that was approved while the sponsor was onshore . i was told it is only sub 820 can be applied and processed while the applicant is onshore. Send the department of immigration a letter stating your pregnant and also test results to prove your pregnancy. Also you said you have been waiting for over 2 years for your husbands 309 visa. Do you know why the long delay as most 309 visas as processed in less than 2 years. Have you complained to the department or talked to a lawyer?
