In my case it is a looong story .... hey mate sorry to hijack ur posts guys , i have the same issue here unfortunately , got nikah only done on 20-jan-2018 and then filed my x-wife visa(309) on 20-feb-2018 and then also filed her 600 visit visa on 25-feb-2018 , but she demanded divoced due to her reasons. NADRA divorce cert issued on 30-march-2018. Both 309 and 600 Visa application withdrawn successfully(no visa grants for Spouse or VIsit visas). It was an arrange marriage only nikah done and no rukhsati. To move forward I have just been engaged to my fiancee in May-2018 and plan marriage in Jan-2019 and then file her 309 and 600 , any potential issues? anything to be careful of? please any sugesstions. And today 18th July the processing time has been changed(as shown in homeaffairs website ) Can anyone confirm will the previous time apply on my application. Or the new one?
