However they requested a update polio certificate in July this year and that's all haven't heard back. Our agent mentioned it might be too much applications they are processing. We got our medicals done within a month after we applied - we also applied through a migration agent. We had our phone interview done after 3-4 months. I would suggest keep chasing up your lawyer for any updates from the department.Also keep sending more evidence such as we phone logs, any Skype history as we are distance we keep updating this. Give it time and I would say we should need to wait as ourself we have been waiting for a a year now Hopefully we hear something soon and same with u keep following ur lawyer and keep checking on the department page for processing times. Currently it is 12/13 months. Rida, I think it's best not to apply for tourist visa as most likely won't proceed.. because it's very rare Pakistan immigration gives out tourist visa and it will be waste of time I would suggest not too. Kay Khaing Posted August 21, 2017 Share Posted August 21, 2017 (edited) Hi the one of my friend , she was applied prospective marriage visa on may 2016 from myanmar and visa was granted on Aug 2017. and me, i was applied 309 on march 2017 and just received acknowledgement letter from AHC on april 2017. and nothing news coming yet.
