Khan Posted January 2, 2017 Share Posted January 2, 2017 Hi I am new to this chat Applied Subclass 309 in end of April interview in mid of November and they called my wife only status of sponsor changed to approved still waiting they didn't contact after call no email nothing at all no futher request for documents Now how much do we have to wait? It is getting ready hard Its been 8 months and few days we called them. They were not telling anything. She was saying your case is under assessment three case officers are assessing your case. And when they are statiafied they forward the case to Australians and then they grant you visa. 12 months is the processing time due to deep security checks. its fine till 12 months if its crossed 12 months than you should worry please if anyone has got grant do share your story. Khan Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 My wife is applicant Our case is straightforward they called my wife and changed my status on Immiacount as 'Approved' i think the cases are in queue. Maybe it depends on Case officers how active they are. They are doing their job we can't blame them. Allah knows best whats going on What is your DOI? The AHC was closed due to Winter breaks and re opened on 3rd Jan. I checked with AHC and got the same 12 standard months reply. All the best to you too !! I have seen people getting visa in Dec who applied in Feb. So your visa is coming soon.
