Myself and my defacto partner of 1 year have just been granted the Provisional 309 visa. Submitted 30th June 09, granted Today (9th July), total of 9 days! Did you apply for this in the UK or in OZ.....and how long over the 12 month qualifying period were you?!? Ours is up beginning of Oct so just weighing up the options!
